    There’s nothing like the feel of new underlay, not only does new underlay add a luxurious feel underfoot, it also prolongs the life of your floor, keeping it looking great and feeling great for longer. We always suggest replacing old underlay to get the best performance out of your new floor. Your estimate will include our standard underlay recommended for your selected flooring. Consult your local store to discuss our premium underlay options.

  • 04 Installation

    As flooring installation can be a complex process, we always recommend that you use the services of our professional flooring installers. Our installers can assess the condition of your pre-existing floor and subfloor, prep your substrate if necessary, fit your new flooring in a precise manner, and remove and dispose of your old flooring.

    Your estimate will include installation based on the sqm you have selected. Rough or uneven floors may require additional floor preparation services. Please discuss your flooring requirements and any additional costs with your local store.
