Caring for Sheet Vinyl
Sheet Vinyl flooring is an extremely low-maintenance flooring option, and is considered one of the easiest flooring types to clean. Each manufacturer has cleaning and maintenance specific to their products, please always refer to your care and maintenance instructions when looking after your Sheet Vinyl floor. The general rules for caring for Sheet Vinyl flooring are:
Mop regularly
Regular mopping with a high-quality cleaning product and mop with a microfibre head combined with vacuuming will maintain its appearance.
Clean spills immediately
Oil or water spills on the floor should be attended to briskly to avoid lasting damage. Spot clean by hand with a microfibre pad and neutral detergent (solvents should not be used). Work from the outside of the mark towards its center. Rinse and wipe afterwards with clean water.
Put protective feet on your chairs & stools
Black rubber wheels and rubber feet can cause marks and discolouration.
