Welcome to the Flooring Xtra website. These terms and conditions govern the use of flooringxtra.co.nz, including visits to our site, purchases on our site, participation in our database and promotions. You can access our terms and conditions at any time from the link at the bottom of any page of the site. These terms and conditions are intended to help deliver an enjoyable yet fair user experience for our customers. These terms are issued by Flooring Xtra Licensing Limited (“Flooring Xtra’). The expressions “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Flooring Xtra. These terms and conditions were last updated 19th October 2020.

About Us

This website is owned and operated by Flooring Xtra Licensing Limited. If you wish to contact us please click here to contact Flooring Xtra using our online form. We are available Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm. Each of our Flooring Xtra stores is individually owned and operated. When you make a purchase with one of our Flooring Xtra stores, you enter a contract with the local business operating that store. With every purchase you can enjoy the reassurance that your purchase supports your local store and the endlessly hard-working families behind it.
Purchases made through the Flooring Xtra website are a contract between client and FX Web Sales Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Flooring Xtra Licensing Limited (Flooring Xtra).

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions are the terms on which Flooring Xtra offers you access to the services (“services”) of the flooringxtra.co.nz website. By accessing and interacting with the website or using the Services, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from accessing and browsing the website. Without limiting our other rights and remedies we may refuse to supply any product or service, and we may deny access to this website, to anyone who breaches these Terms.

Amendment of Terms & Conditions

Due to the ever changing commercial, technological and regulatory environment, these Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time. Amendments will be posted here and will be effective immediately without notice. The updated version of these Terms will supersede all prior versions. At the top of this page you will find the last date of update.

Carpet Sale T&C's

Floor coverings are sold in different widths. Carpets promoted are sold in broadloom metres (3.66m) and occasionally 4m. Square metre pricing is shown to help compare the cost of carpet with other flooring products. Minimum floor covering purchase is one lineal metre or single pack. Cutting and freight fees may apply. Promotional pricing is for the product only unless otherwise stated. Images are for illustrative purposes and may vary from that shown.

Promotional pricing expires 31 August 2024, or until stocks sold, whichever occurs first. Promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. Not all products are available in all stores. Due to global shipping delays, availability of product may change. Promotional offers and pricing only available at participating stores. Where a ‘was’ price is shown, these are based on RRP’s (Recommended Retail Price). Offer available 1 – 31 August 2024.

Quick-Step Promotional T&C's

15% off and free underlay on a selected range of Quick-Step and PERGO laminate, hybrid and timber flooring and accessories, available between 1 July and 31 August 2024. No minimum order quantity required. Free underlay offer is standard Combi-Lay underlay, upgrade to premium Quiet-Step underlay by paying the difference. A minimum order of 10sqm applies to qualify for free underlay. Free Underlay offer not available on All Xpert Pro, Quick-Step Eligna, Classic, Creo, Faro 5411 (Pure Oak), Faro 6912 (Fossil Oak) and PERGO Drammen or Gotland. Receive free Combi-Lay/Standard Underlay on selected Quick-Step and PERGO laminate, timber or hybrid flooring. Upgrade to Quiet-Step/Premium Underlay by paying the difference between Combi-Lay/Standard Underlay and Quiet-Step/Premium Underlay. Quick-Step or PERGO SKUs on closeout, indent, or special order are excluded from the offer. A minimum order of 10sqm applies to qualify for free underlay. If underlay is not required, no further discount is applicable.
